Terms of Service

1. Seller Identity

Ummahti is registered in the Netherlands.

2. Applicability

These terms apply to all offers, orders, and agreements with consumers, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

3. Offer, Pricing, and Payment

• All prices are clearly communicated before the order is finalized.
• Shipping costs are shown before checkout; we do not advertise free shipping without an active arrangement.
• An agreement is established upon order confirmation.

4. Delivery

• We typically process orders within 1–2 business days.
• An agreed delivery date takes precedence.
• If no delivery date is agreed, the statutory maximum of 30 days applies for distance consumer purchases.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-off Period)

• For distance purchases you generally have a 14-day cooling-off period.
• Certain statutory exceptions may apply.
• In the event of a valid withdrawal, we will refund within the statutory timeframe.

6. Warranty and Non-Conformity

• You are entitled to a product that meets reasonable expectations (statutory warranty / non-conformity).
• In case of defects we will first assess repair or replacement.
• Ummahti additionally offers a 1-year commercial warranty, without prejudice to your statutory rights.

7. Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages, except where this cannot be legally excluded. This limitation does not apply to intent or gross negligence.

8. Complaints and Disputes

Complaints can be sent to support@ummahti.net. We aim for a quick and fair resolution.

9. Applicable Law

Dutch law applies to these terms, subject to mandatory consumer protection law in the consumer’s EU country of residence.
