Cooling-Off Period

You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date you receive your order. During this period, you may return the product for any reason.

How to Return

1. Email support@ummahti.net with your order number.
2. We will send you return instructions.
3. Ship the product back in its original packaging.
4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days.

Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense unless the product is defective.

Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately. We will arrange a free return and offer repair, replacement, or a full refund.
