What is the Ummahti Adhan clock?

The Ummahti Adhan clock is a smart device with a 10.1 inch display that plays the Adhan at prayer times and connects with the Ummahti app for full control from your phone.

How do I set it up for the first time?

Power on the clock, choose your language and timezone, connect to WiFi, then install the Ummahti app on your phone, sign in, and link the device using the 6-digit code shown on screen.

How does linking work?

In the app, go to More > Settings > Adhan Clock > Link New Device and enter the code displayed on the clock. The code expires after about 5 minutes, so refresh it on the clock if needed.

How are prayer times determined?

If your mosque is available in Ummahti, the clock syncs directly to your mosque's published times. Otherwise, you can use city/location mode and choose a calculation method that suits your preference.

Can I use my own photos and themes?

Yes. You can upload your own photos and select from 20+ themes directly in the app. The clock supports a slideshow of up to 20 images.

What if WiFi or sync is not working?

Check your WiFi password and signal range, reconnect the network, make sure both your phone and the clock are online, then restart the app and the clock. If the issue persists, try signing out and signing back in.

What are your shipping and return policies?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. We offer a 30-day return window. To start a return, contact support with your order number.
